We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing time may take longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it is shipped.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders over $30 (USD) to selected countries. This will be automatically applied at checkout when available.
All products, especially blind boxes and collectible items, are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. We use padded envelopes or protective boxes based on the item’s fragility and destination.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the courier’s website or from your customer dashboard under “My Orders.”
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, we can re-ship it at your expense. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than the standard estimates. Some shipping methods may not be available for these regions, and additional fees may apply. We will notify you before dispatch if this is the case.
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them in separate packages to speed up delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package if this occurs.
