Thank you for shopping at our toy and mystery box store. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of surprise and collectible products, our refund policy is outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
‧ The item was received damaged or defective
‧ The wrong product was delivered
‧ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
‧ Opened blind boxes or mystery products (as the element of surprise is part of the experience)
‧ Clearance or final sale items
‧ Gift cards and downloadable digital products
4. Return Process
For returns, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, and you must include the receipt. If the returned item does not meet our acceptable condition standards, we will not be able to accept it.
To initiate the after-sales process, please include the following information in your email and send it to our customer service email address:
‧ Order number
‧ Screenshot of the item you were supposed to receive during the live stream (if applicable)r
‧ An unboxing video
‧ Pictures of the damaged item
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you received a damaged or wrong item, please request a return and place a new order if needed.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the estimated processing time:
‧ Check your bank or credit card account again
‧ Contact your payment provider (some refunds take time to post)
